Janitorial Fee
For receptions or other events involving food, renters are required to pay a Janitorial Fee which will be a minimum of $75.00
Set-up Fee
Renters wishing to set-up the day before are required to pay an additional fee of 50% of the room rental rate

Use of Parking Lot only

Exhibits – No charge as long as CCAC is considered a cosponsor or the exhibit is under the auspices of CCAC. CCAC will receive 30% commission for artwork sold.
Security Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of $200 is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will be refunded provided there are
no damages to the premises and a proper clean up of the premises has been done. |
