Become a Sponsor of The Art of Sound Music Festival

The Cleveland County Arts Council will present a music festival to celebrate Cleveland County's long heritage of music making. Local, regional, and internationally known musicians representing a wide array of musical styles will perform. This event on October 19 & 20, 2007 will be held at various venues throughout Historic Uptown Shelby. Please consider sponsoring this effort in any of the ways outlined below.

Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring this event is an excellent way to promote your business while supporting the community. Crowds in excess of 1000 are expected. From the popular Merlefest website: "With more than one-fifth of American adults now attending festivals while on vacation and music festivals the most popular choice, the timing has never been better."

Individual Sponsorships

Any amount is welcome and appreciated. Make this festival your own celebration or honor your favorite musical person with a gift in their name.

Event Level $1,000

For a cash (or in-kind merchandise) donation and marketing support to be negotiated with the Art of Sound Music Festival, the Event Level sponsor will receive the following benefits:

  • ACKNOWLEDGMENT DURING THE FESTIVAL
  • Live verbal acknowledgement before all Festival events
  • Banners in high traffic areas at the Festival venue and around Cleveland County
  • Logo will appear on Art of Sound website
  • Logo will appear on official Art of Sound t-shirt
  • Full page ad in official tabloid program
  • 4 passes to Art of Sound

Contributing Level $500

For a cash (or in-kind merchandise) donation and marketing support to be negotiated with the Art of Sound Music Festival, the Contributing Level sponsor will receive the following benefits:

  • ACKNOWLEDGMENT DURING THE FESTIVAL
  • Banners in high traffic areas at the Festival venue and around Cleveland County
  • Logo will appear on Art of Sound website
  • Logo will appear on official Art of Sound t-shirt
  • 1/2 page ad in official tabloid program
  • 2 passes to Art of Sound

Sponsor Level $250

For a cash (or in-kind merchandise) donation and marketing support to be negotiated with the Art of Sound Festival, the Sponsor Level sponsor will receive the following benefits:

  • ACKNOWLEDGMENT DURING THE FESTIVAL
  • Banners in high traffic areas at the Festival venue and around Cleveland County
  • Logo will appear on Art of Sound website

  • 1/4 page ad in official tabloid program

Friends of the Festival Level $100

For a cash (or in-kind merchandise) donation and marketing support to be negotiated with the Art of Sound Music Festival, the Friend Level sponsor will receive the following benefits:
